Mixer for fruit made entirely in stainless steel AISI 304, suitable for crushing fruits without stones, such as apples, pears or for shredding vegetables. Equipped with 6 inner blades and sieves interchangeable, allowing a professional employment in total safety.
The output of the fruit is completely separate from the rotating blades by a special stainless steel grid, and the electric motor is equipped with both emergency stop and stop sensor at the opening of the machinery.
The fruit is processed completely shattered into small pieces and ready for subsequent processing by pressing.
Completely disassembled for a thorough cleaning and sanitizing, it has safety sensors to prevent misuse.
The machine is supplied packed in a carton box to reduce the size and easy transport.
