Crushers equipped with a pair of rollers in aluminum, and knives for crushing fruit, in particular APPLES. The knives can be simple (installed on the agitator) or doubles (both installed on the agitator and on a counter side). The crushing of the fruit is trough the rollers and knives, resulting in a product with particles of about 1cm. The fruit crushers are available in manual or in motorized versions, made in smalted iron or with stainless steel hopper. The group of knives is always made in stainless steel AISI 304.
