SIMPLICITY: Machine completely built in stainless steel with adjustable and excludable support surface. It is equipped with 4 adjustable feet for installation on a support bench (a stainless steel trolley can be supplied on request). It does not require any pneumatic supply (except in the case of optional vacuum system). It is the ideal solution for companies with small production volumes. The filling cycle is performed automatically: Start, Fill; Stop. The operator selects the format and maneuvers the extraction and insertion pliers of the cap, following the progress of the filling on the display. The control panel controls the switching on and off of an external pump (the combination is available with both ENOS 20 centrifugal pump and EURO 20 volumetric pump). A pulser valve allows manual injection of inert gas at the end of the cycle. The vacuum function is available as an option, and requires connection to a 6 bar pneumatic circuit. The version for fruit juices provides for the standard installation of a stainless steel flow sensor, suitable for the passage of filtered and non-viscous liquids up to 110 ° C. Upon request, the machine can be equipped with a storage tank for connection to a pasteurization system.

PRECISION: The electronic panel allows the calibration of the instrument with a repeatability of the filled volumes with an error of 0.5%.

HYGIENE: Use of full-closing drip-free filling valve; complete emptying of the pipes with easily openable sanitary clamp fittings; washing CIP circuit with tap supplied. Possibility to carry out steam sterilization 110 ° C

OTHER ADVANTAGES: tilting and removable support surface with the possibility of filling rigid containers (for example PET, aluminum, glass) both rectangular and circular (maximum diameter 85mm); possibility to request adapters for countless types of caps and bags (PUOCH, BERKER, QCS, QCD, etc.); possibility of connecting any type of single-phase external pump (compatible with the capacity of the flow sensor used); possibility of filling also for FALL, without the use of a pump.

SIMPLICITY: the machine automatically carries out the filling cycle: empty; filling; arrest; nitrogen injection. The operator selects the format and operates the extraction and insertion pliers of the cap, following the progress of the various phases on the display. The format change is immediate: it only needs to type the desired capacity. The version for fruit juices provides for the installation of an induction flow sensor, with a stainless steel body, suitable for viscous liquids, with solid parts, at temperatures up to 110 ° C. Specific accessories are provided for connecting the filler to the pasteurisers: storage and concentration tanks with level probes; bag inlet temperature control kit (see fruit / filler processing section). A self-priming volumetric pump with EPDM rubber impeller is installed as standard: high flow rate; possibility to prime from any container; steady flow; anti-pressure by-pass valve; total drain valve for emptying the filling circuit.
PRECISION: the electronic panel allows the control and management of all filling phases, guaranteeing repeatability of the volumes filled with an error of 0.2%. Possibility to carry out 3 different types of AUTOTUNING regulation, macro error (pulses / liter), micro error (addition or subtraction of the centiliters).

HYGIENE: use of a drip-free filling valve; complete emptying of the pipes by means of a drain valve located on the pump; washing CIP circuit with stainless steel tap; preset programs for sanitizing with detergents or for sanitizing with steam 110 ° C (requires the appropriate kit for high temperatures).

OVERALL: the machine contains all the components necessary for operation: self-priming electric pump of 4500lt / h, silenced oiless compressor, flow sensor of various types. The electrical connection is sufficient for operation. In addition, the use of the self-priming pump and the frame on wheels allow it to be installed in any environment, even far from the storage tanks for the liquid to be filled.

The filling cycle is completely automatic: the machine performs all the operations of opening, closing, vacuum, saturation with inert gas, filling. In addition, a special closing system keeps the container sealed during all the filling phases, reducing the oxidation and contamination of the filled product. The operator only has to position the bag and check the progress of the various operations. The SIEMENS touch screen control panel allows you to manage the machine in just a few moments both in filling operations and in washing and sanitizing operations. SPEED: all operations carried out automatically by the filler are set by the operator according to their needs: vacuum time, gas injection times, filling speed, opening and closing speed of the bag. The possibility to choose between two types of pumps with different flow rates and to install a speed variator allows you to easily reach all the desired capacity objectives.

SAFETY AND CLEANING: total protection in the use of the machinery with the presence of safety barriers and travel buttons. The machine is equipped with automatic programs for sanitizing both with detergents and with 110 ° C steam (requires the appropriate kit). A stainless steel tap is supplied as standard for the washing CIP circuit. The anti-drip total closure valve guarantees the escape of liquids at the end of the filling. The VACUUM filling system (bottom container closure system), in addition to minimizing the risks of contamination of the filled products, facilitates installation and format change, avoiding adjustments to the filling head height. Possibility to install 10 “or 30” filter housing (separate from the machine body), for final sterilization safety before filling.

RELIABILITY: Use of SIEMENS electrical and pneumatic components of primary brands, always available in our warehouses; possibility of carrying out remote assistance interventions upon customer request.
