Semicentrifuge destemmer with rubber roller and centrifuge pump. The destemmer shaft is made with rubber tips, to reduce laceration of the stem, and improve the quality of the must. Available in the following models: smalted iron; completely in stainless steel. On all models the basket and the centrifugal pump are made in stainless steel. The machine is completely opened both centrally, both with extraction of the basket, allowing the carrying out of the operations of maintenance and cleaning in a simple and fast way.
